Founded in 1999, NCI Cancer Hospital (NCI, formerly known as Nilai Cancer Institute) is a private center in Malaysia specializing in cancer treatment and clinical research. The center is based in Bandar Baru Nilai, about 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur and just 20 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

NCI provides diagnosis and treatment to cancer patients and conducts clinical research in cooperation with multinational pharmaceutical companies. It was the first facility in Southeast Asia to introduce the Trilogy linear accelerator for precision radiotherapy.

The center also employs noninvasive high-intensity ultrasound for cancer treatment.

In 2007 NCI opened a new wing that houses additional treatment facilities and equipment, along with accommodations for patients and their families. NCI’s International Patient Centre arranges travel, transportation, and lodging, schedules appointments, and assists with visa applications and renewals.
