Preecha Aesthetic Institute

Preecha Aesthetic Institute (PAI) is headed by Dr. Preecha Tiewtranon, a leader in modern plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. Former chairman of the plastic surgery unit of King Chulalongkorn University Medical School, he has served as president of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Thailand and also as president of the Society of Aesthetic Surgeons of Thailand.

As of 2005, Dr. Preecha had personally performed more than 30,000 cosmetic and plastic surgeries. As Bangkok’s undisputed authority in gender reassignment, he has trained most of Thailand’s qualified gender reassignment surgeons, and his techniques have become standard practice throughout the world. From 1980 to 2005, Dr. Preecha personally performed more than 3,500 gender reassignment and facial feminization surgeries.

PAI’s modern hospital facility, located in the heart of Bangkok, offers a full range of dermatological treatments and plastic surgeries in its Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center and Dermatology and Laser Center. The institute’s staff of 30 includes practitioners who hold diplomas from the American Board of Surgery as well as surgeons who are board certified in the US, Australia, and Thailand.

PAI’s services include cheekbone, facial, and jaw contouring; eye therapies, rhinoplasty, and various surgeries of the ear, lips, and chin; hair transplant and laser hair removal; and mammoplasty, labiaplasty, and vaginoplasty. Certain physicians at PAI specialize in body contouring, facial feminization, and gender reassignment surgery.
